Ingredients
  

  • 7 each Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted and cooled
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 each Cooking spray, Olive Oil or butter for coating pan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Grease loaf pan with cooking spray, Olive oil or butter.
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl until smooth. Add melted butter and olive oil; mix until well combined.
    7 each Eggs, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • Mix well in a separate bowl:
    almond flour, baking powder, xantham gum, and salt
    2 cups Almond Flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp Xantham Gum, 1/2 tsp salt
  • Add dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well. It should be a thick batter.
  • Pour batter into your greased pan and smooth the top, if you would like.
  • Bake in the 175 degrees C (350 degrees F) preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.

Notes

Perfect bread for sandwiches, toast, grilled cheese, or anything you use sliced bread for.
