Free Keto Bread Loaf Recipe
This Free low-carb/keto Bread Loaf Recipe is super easy to make. It is perfect for sandwiches, grilled cheese or toast.
Ingredients
- 7 each Eggs
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Melted and cooled
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 each Cooking spray, Olive Oil or butter for coating pan
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Grease loaf pan with cooking spray, Olive oil or butter.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl until smooth. Add melted butter and olive oil; mix until well combined.7 each Eggs, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- Mix well in a separate bowl:almond flour, baking powder, xantham gum, and salt2 cups Almond Flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp Xantham Gum, 1/2 tsp salt
- Add dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well. It should be a thick batter.
- Pour batter into your greased pan and smooth the top, if you would like.
- Bake in the 175 degrees C (350 degrees F) preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
Notes
Perfect bread for sandwiches, toast, grilled cheese, or anything you use sliced bread for.
