Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us immediately. In most situations, we will refund your purchase or replace it with the same. We only need some information to validate the issue and make a claim against the delivery provider, if the product is damaged, or correct our mistake, if the wrong item was sent.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
