Best Keto Bibingka With Cream Cheese Recipe
We are sharing our Best Keto Recipe for Keto Bibingka with cream cheese.This recipe was not originally hacked by The Keto Hackery. We have made some adjustments to it compared to the others that are found elsewhere online. This recipe is what we use for what we think is our Best Keto Bibingka with Cream Cheese recipe.
Ingredients
- 112 grms unsalted butter
- 1 each salted egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 25 grams cheese - queso
- 20 grams cheese - quick melt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 54 grms Erythritol
- 120 grms APC (All Purpose Cream)
- 220 grms Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract pure vanilla extract preferred over "flavoring" but either is acceptable.
- 4 each raw egg
- 56.25 grams cream cheese
- 85 grms coconut flour
Instructions
- 1. Get some banana leaf wash the banana leaf to the running water, wipe it with tissue.2. Wilt banana leaf by passing thru flame. Wipe with kitchen cloth to remove dirt. Then line your molds or baking dish with banana leaf. Grease with melted butter or coconut oil. Set aside.3. Get the room temperature cream cheese and mix it until become soft, then add the eggs one by one. Use the hand mixer to mix it, then add the almond milk, cream, melted butter, vanilla extract, sweetener, salt. Mix well. 4. Add coconut flour and baking powder. Mix well.5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish/mold. Top with cheese Bake at 150 C for 20 to 30 minutes or until the top is light brown.6. Remove the Keto Bibingka with Cream Cheese from the oven and put the salted egg and Quickmelt cheese on the top. 7. Bake for an additional 20minutes, until the cheese melted on the top.8. Test for doneness with a clean toothpick. When it comes out clean, the Keto Bibingka with Cream Cheese is done.
