Rite n Lite is a carbonated Zero (0) carb soda drink locally-produced in the Philippines by ARC Refreshments Corporation.
I think that if Rite n Lite would change their sweetener to locally sourced Stevia, it would be even better. In fact, for The Keto Hackery, Stevia is the sweetener of choice in everything. We do use Erythritol and Monk Fruit but our go to is definitely Stevia before anything else.
However, there are not a lot of choices for those on the Low Carb, Diabetic or Keto diet and they could definitely have chosen a worse sweetener than Sucrolose (there are many you should avoid for sure).
The Rite n Lite price is pretty great too. At only ₱25.00 – ₱30.00 per can, it’s a real cheap refreshing treat.
So, all things considered, Rite ‘n Lite is an excellent drink if you are on a diabetic, low carb or Keto diet/meal plan and you don’t mind Sucralose (aka: Splenda – follow this link for more info on this sweetener).
What you get with Rite n Lite Flavors is a tasty, refreshing beverage that contains no sugar, no carbs, no calories, 0% on the Glycemic Index, and no aspartame.
With these qualities, it makes it a go to beverage if you follow any of the low carb, keto or diabetic type meal plans.
Just listen to your body. If you experience any kinds of reduced ability to digest food after consuming Splenda (in any form), chances are it may not be for you. Otherwise, it is an acceptable choice for those who shun sugar and carbs.

Our favorite Rite ‘n Lite Flavors are definitely the Orange and Cucumber flavors. We haven’t had an opportunity to try the new released limited edition Flavors but a few of them sound really sarap.
